Location is excellent and central to all Istanbul attractions & activities (Historical Places, Shopping, Night Life, ...), staff hotel where so helpful and understanding of our needs
Hotel has recently renovated; however owners did not pay attention to some of hospitality services, but the good news is that the Manager is very keen to make you comfortable and attend to your needs, you just need to nicely ask for it & they will make it happen. They are little bit over worked as they are running multiple locations ion the same time.

The stay at Wooden house was cheap and not awful. Great location and privacy; no staff was around so we could come home early in the morning after heavily partying without having to meet someone! The room felt clean at arrival, however waste was left under the sink. The shower often offered hot water but not at all times. Friendly staff!
Bathroom, although recently renovated, horrible. The shower cabin was leaking massively, and never dried up so we had to use shoes when going to toilet. There was also an awful stench from the bathroom. Because of the state of the bathroom the stay at Wooden house was not so pleasant. An overall lack of equipment: The "kitchen" only offered a fridge, a boiler and four glasses. No plates, no cutlery, no heating facilities... No drawers, a wardrobe but only two hangers... No bed lights only the ceiling light... We were two people but only one set of keyes... We were told to leave our rubbish outside the room in the morning and it was still there in the night and the morning after.

The only best thing is the Location.
The interior is very poor. I had a feeling like someone were took a bath right before i step into my room. It can be described as a very basic hotel.

Close to Taksim Square, Ideal for Airport Transfer !0 Turkish Lira, and lots of easting places.
We were on the top floor, Stairs are very steep, Kitchen advertised but only kettle and on e cup and plate provided. but I am sure if we would have liked more, they would have provided it. We travel with our own.

For the price, I was very pleasantly surprised at this hotel. Great location, close to Taksim square and Lutfi Kirdar conference building, yet located in a quiet road. Mini market and restaurant are within 1 minute walk. They can arrange airport transfer for a surcharge. The room itself was quite basic but very clean and comfortable. Towels and toiletries (apart from toothpaste) were provided. Free internet. Serhat, the staff, was very nice and friendly, and gave great advices of how to get around and where to get food. If you are looking for a basic clean accommodation in a great location, I highly recommend this hotel!
Thin wall - my room was in the ground floor so I can hear any noise of people entering the building. However, it wasn't very frequent at all so didn't bother me too much. Washbasin is very small. I booked airport transfer for both my trips from and to the airport. And in both times, the drivers were half an hour late. I must add that this wasn't fault of the hotel though as it was an external company that this hotel is working with. But then again, these are very minors and I still had a very pleasant stay.

The location near Taksim Square. The low price for istanbul.
The room was very small, and on ground floor, a little noisy because of the street so close to the bed !

The prices are economical and the stuff at the hotel are very friendly. I can advise Tuna apart to any visitor who are passing from Istanbul.

As payment is mentioned credit card or cash. We wanted to pay per credit card, but the hotel owner wanted the money cash. He also came in our locked room, when there was just one of us (who don´t speak turkish, but englisch, german and polish) and want the money for the apartment. But he could only speak turkish, so it was a little bit complicated. Hopefully we were with someone who speak turkish in istanbul and so we could finally pay with credit card after a few discussions and calls with the owner. Also there was running water beside the water tap, so the bath room floor was always full of water.

It is well conditioned for winter. Fairly priced.
The toilet and the shower were separated in different rooms. And the wash basin is fairly small!

It's very difficult to find the place. It is said that the check in is until 10pm, but when I arrived at 9pm the reception was closed. I found a very kind man who called someone and 15min later a man (that doesn't speak english) came to give me the key of my room.
